CUSTOM DESIGNS: If you see something on this site that you like and would like it in another color or size you can email me and I will give you the options based on what I have in stock.  Many items can be made in other colors and sizes. I can also do custom designs for brides, bridesmaids, or gifts. I will need at least 2 week notice. There are no refunds on custom orders.

REPAIRS & RESTRINGING: If any item you purchased on this website should break within 60 days of purchase I will repair that item for free not including shipping provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise all repairs are $1.25 per inch plus the cost of any bead replacement.

PAYMENT: Credit cards accepted through Pay Pal, a secure online payment gateway.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: USPS DOMESTIC SHIPPING. First Class $4.50 expect delivery 6-10 days. Priority $7.00 plus $4.50 expect delivery 3-5 days, Express $17.00 + $4.50 expect delivery 1-2 days. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.  If address is listed incorrectly there are no refunds and additional charges will be charged to ship it again.

Once merchandise is given to the post office no claims can be filed on the package until 30 days after the date the item was shipped. Refunds and replacement will not be given on lost orders until 30 days after the date of shipment when a claim is filed.

REFUNDS: Items must be in the original box and jewelry must be unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damage goods will not be accepted. I do not accept returns on custom orders used goods, or sale/clearance items.

PRICE: Prices are subject to change based on current market prices of beads, findings and supplies.
